We collect two types of information: what you share with us directly, and what is gathered automatically as you browse.

Information You Provide

If you use a contact form or subscribe to updates, you may share your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Information Collected Automatically

Visiting the Site triggers collection of certain technical data, including your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent on them, the page that referred you here, and the date and time of your visit.

• Your IP address and the general geographic region associated with it.
• Browser type, version, and the operating system you are using.
• The kind of device accessing the Site – desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
• Pages visited, including which Tower Rush guides and casino comparisons you read, and how long you spend on each.
• The page or search result that referred you to this Site.
• The date and time of each visit.

Most of this data does not identify you personally on its own, but in combination with other information it may qualify as personal data under applicable law, and we treat it with the same care regardless.

Legitimate interests. Technical and analytical data is processed based on our legitimate interest in running and improving the Site, understanding how readers engage with our Tower Rush content, and keeping the Site secure.

Consent. Where consent is the basis – for non-essential cookies or newsletter emails – we obtain it before processing begins, and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

Contract performance. If you contact us with a request, responding to it is necessary to deliver the communication you asked for.

Legal obligation. We may process data where required by applicable law or a valid legal request from a regulator or court.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• With analytics providers such as Google Analytics, who process aggregated usage data under their own data processing terms.
• With affiliate networks or casino operators offering Tower Rush, limited strictly to click-attribution data needed to verify and process referral commissions.
• With courts, regulators, or law enforcement bodies where required by a valid legal request.
• With a successor entity in the event of a sale or transfer of the Site, under terms consistent with this Policy.

Analytics data is typically retained for up to 26 months. Contact form submissions are kept until your inquiry is resolved, then deleted unless we are legally required to retain them longer. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Affiliate referral data is retained only as long as needed to confirm a commission, typically under 90 days. Once data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion where retention is no longer justified, to restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing based on consent or legitimate interest.

Submit a request through our contact form, describing which right you would like to exercise. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and will respond within 30 days. There is no fee for exercising these rights in most circumstances. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your national data protection authority – the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, including access controls limiting who within our organization can view personal data, and secure handling practices for any information submitted through our contact form. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security for data sent to us electronically, but we take appropriate steps once data reaches our systems. If you become aware of any security concern relating to data we hold about you, please notify us immediately through the contact form.

We may revise this Policy periodically, publishing the updated version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the changes.
